Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Items that are final sale, personalized, or intimate (e.g., undergarments) cannot be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 6 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. Once processed, we cannot make changes.
