Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Items that are final sale, personalized, or intimate (e.g., undergarments) cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 6 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. Once processed, we cannot make changes.
