  • Orders are typically processed within 5 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected:

    • Standard Shipping: 5 – 6 business days

  • Please note that unforeseen delays (such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier issues) may impact delivery times.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to Ireland, excluding Northern Ireland

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link or through our website’s tracking page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on local regulations.

  • We are not responsible for any customs delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local courier service depot.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the damage for assistance.

Changes & Order Modifications

  • Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours. Please contact us at info@dechi.store as soon as possible.

  • After the order has been processed, we cannot make any modifications.
